CANCELLATION POLICY – Low/Mid Season (1st Feb – 30th May & 1st Sept – 20th Dec & all long weekends and Easter)
A deposit of a minimum of 1 night’s tariff is required on all bookings made during these periods, except Easter which requires a 50% deposit on all accommodation. Bookings are not confirmed without a deposit.
Deposits for reservations made wholly or partially in Mid Season will only be refunded (less $30 cancellation fee) if you notify us 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If you provide less than the required notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations MUST BE in writing by either email or mail.
Please check your departure dates carefully as no refund is given on early departures unless accommodation or site is resold.

Day Visitor Policy
Registered guests are permitted to have visitors during their stay. All visitors must be registered at reception when entering the park and park in the public Middleton Beach car park. Please note however that only registered guests may use the park facilities, as you can understand in fairness to all our paying guests.
Should you wish to register your visitors as guests for the day and have them use the facilities, a $15.00 per person per day charge will apply. They will then be issued with wristbands (for peak periods or if applicable) that must be worn at all times.
Please note it is the responsibility of all parents/guardians to supervise children at all times during your time at the park this includes visitors.
We apologise for our strict policy but have implemented this to protect our paying guests right and entitlements to park facilities. Thank you.

Park Guidelines
Please take the time to read, understand and adhere to these guidelines to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay at the park. Paying Guests are entering a contract upon staying here that these rules are followed.
Tents on En-suite Sites: It is preferred you place your tent on the concrete slab and bring longer guide ropes and extra ground padding for inside your tent.
Office & Shop – Reception hours are 8am – 9pm 7 days a week. We have a wide range of tourist info, gas bottle refills and a limited range of convenience items available.
Quiet Time – 10pm – 7am. Please keep the noise levels down until at least 7am – especially children. Parents, this is your responsibility to enforce this.
Children – Please note it is the responsibility of all parents/guardians to supervise children at all times during your stay at the park.
Pets – Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
Speed Limit – STRICTLY WALKING PACE ONLY. (8kmph) and please watch out for children on bikes etc!
Check-in Time - 2pm
Check-out Time – 10am. Late check-out by arrangement only and must be prior to departure day. If leaving early, please arrange with reception where to leave your keys.
Bikes – Please advise your children that bikes, skateboards etc must be ridden at a walking pace on the roads and not after dark or around gates/entrances for safety reasons. Helmets must be worn at all times! It is the parent or guardians responsibility that these rules are enforced.
Vehicles – One per site only. Please arrange with reception for parking of extra vehicles, boats, trailers etc. No maintenance to be carried out in the park. If you need to wash your vehicle, please use a bucket and wash on the grass.
Bore Water – We use bore water to reticulate our park grounds. This reduces our reliance on scheme water which is a scarce resource.
Ground Sheets – To keep our lawns looking great, please only use shade cloth to allow the grass to breathe.
Rubbish – All rubbish is to be wrapped/bagged and placed in bins provided. Please encourage others to follow our policy of reduce, reuse, recycle. Special recycling bins are marked with yellow throughout the park for your use.
Fish Cleaning – A fish cleaning table is provided behind the Rec Room. Please recycle heads, bones etc by throwing them back into the ocean.
Recreational Areas – Please read and adhere with the pool area rules at the gate and around the pool area before swimming. These areas are open from 8am until 9pm.
Camp Kitchen – The Camp Kitchen has a large TV for your use and a wood fire for those cool winter nights. In consideration to other guests please clean up after you have finished using these facilities. Thank you.
Dump Point – Is located directly behind the amenity block.
Clothes Lines – Are located outside each laundry facility, while clothes dryers are provided in the laundries if required. Due to current by-laws, we would prefer you not to attach lines from trees, vans etc.
Open Fires/BBQ’s – Open fires are prohibited in the park. There are electric and gas BBQ’s in the park located by the pool, amenity block, camp kitchen and by gated entrance at far end of park.
Visitors – Please see our Day Visitor Policy.
Emergency – In the event of an emergency, please contact Reception, or after hours please contact the night Manager on 9841-3593. The assembly point is the car park near the Albany Surf Club.
Extra Cleaning - Guests staying at BIG4 Middleton Beach take full responsibility for any damage and/or breakages and/or loss incurred during their stay. Tariff of room includes standard cleaning of room at time of guests departure. If extra cleaning is deemed necessary; due to excessive mess, dishes and/or rubbish, an additional cleaning charge may be added to the room's bill.
